Source checks and dates
We check the linked pages before publishing introductory guides. We identify AI-assisted review honestly and do not invent author qualifications. A source-check date is not a guarantee that every plan still uses the same rules.
What stays in review
Drafts with conflicting years, unverified plan amounts, unclear eligibility or outdated instructions stay unpublished. The first automated test batch is held separately from the edited introductory guides.
Your own coverage
Coverage is determined by your health plan. Our articles provide general guidance and are not medical advice or a substitute for current plan documents. We do not present another member's plan as proof of your benefits.
